TIAS ARMS Join Tias Arms on Monday, August 29th, 2011 at 6:30 PM for 'Dinner with Friends' a dinner event with a portion of the proceeds to benefit Tias Arms. Come join us for conversation and fine food. Since 2002, Tias Arms has been working to bring comfort to the children of South Africa. This second dinner will be held at: Landmark Steakhouse 3520 E.Coast Highway Corona Del Mar CA 92625 $50 includes tax and tip (not beverages) Menu: Select one item from each course First Course: RSVP by August 22nd TIAS ARMS is a non-profit, non-denominational organization that believes in providing a dignified, nurturing, and compassionate environment for orphaned or abandoned children affected by HIV/AIDS in South Africa. Our goal also is to provide a hospice environment to comfort these children in their final stages of life. If

The
Syringa
Tree is
a deeply
personal
memory
play of
a
childhood
under
apartheid.
It
centers
around
the
story of
Elizabeth
Grace
and
spands
four
generations.
Written
and
performed
by
Pamela
Gien it
has
received
excellent
reviews
in New
York and
across
the USA
as well
as in
London.
Pamela
Gien has
developed
sixteen
different
characters
to
enable
her to
portray
a wide
range of
adaptations
to South
African
life
during
that
time.
Highly
successful,
the play
ran for
2 years
off-Broadway.

Mixed greens, carrots, scallions, tomatoes and croutons with balsamic vinagrette
Cesar salad with crisp romaine lettuce, parmesan, croutons and cesar dressing

Filet Mignon topped with three jumbo scallops
served with mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach
Roasted chicken breast stuffed with rosemary, roasted garlic and lemon, served with rosemary potatoes and sauteed spinach
Cedar plank salmon with brown sugar and lemon zest rub, served with potato pancake, and honey glazed carrots and snap peas
